Los Angeles, CA – October 6, 2025 – The Italian Comedy Festival – Hollywood 4.0 will open with a unique sensory experience crafted by Chefbar, the avant-garde culinary brand created by Italian chef Daniele Poerio. Guests attending the Festival’s opening night will be welcomed with Poerio’s signature aperitif creations, a fusion of culinary artistry, performance, and Italian flair.
Based in Ibiza and registered in the UK, Chefbar is a creative culinary laboratory that develops exclusive gastronomic strategies and tailor-made dishes for international brands and events. For Los Angeles, Chef Poerio will personally prepare his iconic cocktails and appetizers, blending fresh fruits with fine spirits, elevated by the theatrical use of aromas and dry ice. The result is an immersive experience where taste, atmosphere, and spectacle come together—a hallmark of the unforgettable aperitifs that have made Chefbar famous across Ibiza’s most exclusive parties.
Daniele Poerio is widely regarded as a gastronomic alchemist, with a career that spans private chef services, dietary coaching, and the development of avant-garde culinary concepts. Alongside his live performance at the Festival, Poerio will also present his book “Sweet Night”, described as “the first pastry book without ingredients—or better, just one: LOVE.”
The book features 82 avant-garde pastry creations, paired with 47 poems and evocative photography that explore the sensual interplay of taste, color, and emotion.
By bringing Chefbar to Hollywood, the Festival highlights its mission of blending Italian creativity with international culture, offering audiences not just film and comedy but also a taste of Italy’s boldest innovations in food and art.
