OVERVIEW: Parodying the recent phenomenon of the Gen-Z influencer boom in Hollywood, this scripted comedy seires tells a story through the eyes of the show’s creator who has first hand experience living in a world that many people know exists, but very few truly understand.

This real “insider” perspective of the now legitimate career of unprecedented sex, fame, and riches, creates the perfect recipe for a series to finally tell the true story of the absurd and deeply problematic aspects of social media 

DIRECTOR STATEMENT

Anytime you have the chance to make someone smile or laugh is an amazing experience. I laughed out loud many times within the first 10 pages of reading the Clout pilot episode, which is why I did not hesitate at the opportunity when asked to direct.

With my wife and sister being social media influencers in their own light, I know first hand the hard work and sometimes absolute insanity that comes from a life of online content creation. The stories are endless. Not to mention the potential celebrity cameos a show like this could have.

With the growing popularity surrounding social media influencers these days, this project will have an immediate audience that will continue to grow overtime.
